Dog was sick on a pale beige carpet and it was badly stained orange. I tried cleaning it by hand but much as I tried I couldn’t remove the stain. I ordered this carpet cleaner and used it on the stain which was by now a couple of days old. It was better than I had hoped, and the stain is completely gone and the area of the carpet looks new. So pleased I bought it as I have peace of mind knowing it is there when I need it. It is fairly noisy but the suction is powerful and the carpet felt dry in less than half an hour. I also love the quality of the machine and everything clicks together easily

I had the Bisell pro pet carpet cleaner before and I loved it. Got rid of most carpets so now I needed a smaller version and this is wow! I love that it also steams because it kills the mites in the carpets and mattresse and makez dirt clean easier.It's very light too and small, I think I'll use it.more often around the house not just couches and staires.My carpet staires were disgusting with 2 cats and 2 small children. They're like new now.Vvvv importnt information though...not all Bissell shampoos/cleaners are strong enough to clean. The machine is good but I used the oxy shampoo which didn't do much then on the zsme stains uzed the Pro Stain Protect shampoo which is a bit more expensive but wow, it makes a bit of foam and absorbes everything.

Just what I was looking. Pricy but well worth. Steam, easy to empty and clean and powefull suction. Has wheels.

Love this little gadget , helps to clean my settee

I decided to go with this brand and model because it was more expensive than the rest, and what you expect is for something to work and do a good job. I have unpacked, used the formula, sprayed bleach and other cleaning materials onto the concrete and it is not even removing coffee stains. Sadly, this is not fit for purpose, I cannot say what it will be like on carpet or laminate but from my test then avoid this like the plague. I have had the box open for around 10 to 20 minutes now, and the item is already being returned and a very negative comment left for people to avoid this machine.

Works great when the cat ralph's up a hairball and you need to be at least a foot away or you'll be sick too. Clears the stain quickly, the heat also helps get deeper into the soiling making clean up quick. It's also really compact and much easier to use - great for 2am accidents from kids or critters when you don't fancy a trip to the shed to get the full size carpet cleaner.

Works really well to remove even old stains from carpets, sofa etc. Very satisfying seeing the amount of dirty water at the end!
