I initially had a problem with this product as it got damaged just a month after use. I was quite disappointed, but I reached out to the seller, and they responded promptly. They sent me a replacement without much hassle, which I really appreciate.The new piece is working perfectly, and I’m happy with the overall quality. While I wish the first one had lasted longer, the good customer service and quick resolution made up for it. If you’re considering this product, I’d say go for it—just keep in mind that occasional defects might happen, but the seller is reliable and helpful!Would recommend!

Quality is good but sound level isI bought it because of simple design and functionality But it doesn't matter cause the one main feature (Variable Pairing) is not working at all.And customer Service support is also a failure

Surprisingly a very good purchase. Using the bell across the floors ( bell on 2nd floor and button on first) range is excellent . Recommended for small houses with old people. Uses a power plug in but good option over battery operated one. Volume control is available

The range is not even 200 feet and I am physically challenged so cannot have a bell which does not ring in the range required.

It is not working on inverter power supply.

Perfect. Working well two months after purchase. Bell switch is fixed on a gate made of thick iron sheet yet working perfectly well.
