Tools were also included. Assembly took about 20 minutes, to include mounting the monitors. The laptop mount pad moves out of the way when needed, while not moving up and down the stand arm. It does jut out quite a bit if not off to the side. I mounted 2x 24" LCD monitors.Both were held without issue by the arms and didn't require any further adjustment to keep them level. Arm movement was easy to get monitors into the position I liked. I appreciated the knob screws on the monitor mounts, rather than the Phillips or torx screw that usually secure the monitors. This will allow for quick removal if needed.I would order this product again if I needed a dual arm mount. You don't have to use the laptop mount if you don't want, to save additional space.

Shakes a little
I have it clamped to a rising desktop and it wiggles a little. It also wiggles as I’m knocking into desk just a little. It would be nice to have more flexibility. I currently have the laptop in between my monitors but needs to be behind them and is slightly covering the screen because the monitor arms don’t go out far enough.

Perfect mounting system for increased desktop space!
I really needed to create more work space on my desktop since it had the footprints of two external monitors, my laptop, and various other peripherals. So, needless to say when I saw this product, I just had to try it! As it turns out, this was the perfect solution for me!It was very easy to assemble and install by clamping the base to my desktop and then mounting the monitors. Then, I only needed to adjust everything and place my laptop on the middle support. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. So far, I very happy with this product for its quality and functionality to free up space on my desk, so I highly recommend it with the top rating!

Sturdy
I have an electric desk that raises up and down. I attached this to the front for my two monitors. I have to use three monitors and this setup is really nice. Setting laptop in the middle vs way off to the side is much more useful. My monitors dont shake at all so it is very sturdy

Arm tension issue.
Great dual arm solution to keep monitors off desk, but if you are facing the monitors the Left side arm will not hold the tension so the arm keeps dropping the monitor the right side has no problems. Did anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions maybe I did something wrong before returning.
