Love it! I am new to Tamarind, I wanted to try it for the potential benefits. The fruits seem fresh and sweet. To me it tastes somewhere between dates and figs. Be careful of the hard seeds inside. It's a little bit fibrous, but easy to separate that from the fruit. The shells open easily. I haven't tried it in any recipes yet, just snacking on them. Most are larger/longer pods. In my picture, it's a small one, the first one I tried. Enjoyable, I will order again.

We love our sweets but don't want candy. These are fun to eat and taste great

Almost perfect; a few had been left at room temperature for too long. Most were sweet and ripe as they should be.
