Great ingredients
These capsules are great as they can offer support on many levels, we all now know how important our microbiome is so the probiotics are good. Ashwagandha is now widely recognised as calming which, if menopause is proving a challenge (it is for me), it helps maintain emotional stability and cranberry extract is helpful for a healthy urinary tract.It's hard to pinpoint any improvement as with all supplements this can take some time but I have a lot of faith that this is a well formulated product and will help me maintain good health through my menopause. I was already taking a probiotic and the adaptogen Ashwagandha in other forms so it's nice to be able to switch to just one capsule for that.

Beneficial elements
It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of these probiotic capsules having now taken close to the full complement of 30. I cannot argue with the importance of the ingredients of this made in the UK supplement, but as I already closely observe a balanced diet with a healthy outlook and lifestyle any additional benefit is difficult to evaluate.A good source of the necessary components for women’s health however, but not essential in my case.

Easy to swallow capsule with no strong taste to them.Capsules are made specifically for women with probiotics as well as other ingredients to help with women’s health.There are 30 capsules on the box, one taken with food daily and can have two a day.
