The media could not be loaded. We ordered two customised painting from castle decor after contacting them through instagram costing around Rs.5000. The paintings which were sent were not of appropriate quality as there was no appropriate base in both the paintings. The canvas was just pasted on two sticks in between with 4 sticks on border. Due to this,canvas on painting was not stable and was flying due to fan on hanging on wall. There were also creases on borders of canvas as it was not fitted properly. There was also a printing error/ damage on one side of painting. On contacting the team, they agreed on the issue and asked us to get the painting repaired from store and they will reimburse the cost. They even talked to local store guy to understand what the problem was and how it can be resolved. However once we got it repaired, they are not replying to any emails or messages and not reimbursing Rs.1200 cost which they agreed. We have been constantly mailing or contacting them from more than a month but they dont even care to reply. They are fraud. Do not buy from them as they wont keep their promise. They even agreed to send gift along with our order worth Rs.500 which they haven’t sent. Order from reliable websites or local store instead of them.

I am surprised with this product , it's amazing n better than other expensive ones in market
