I am 5'5" and 185lbs. I ordered an XL. It is true to size. Yes it does feel like it will be too tight when you are putting it on but once you get it on, it fits like a gloveThis is by far the best product I have ever ordered. It does the trick and causes you to sweat!!

I received the suit today. I purchased a large. It was loose everywhere even with leggings and a waist trainer on…except in the upper arms. I could not get it off and hadn’t even started to sweat. I spent 10 minutes trying to get it off and started to feel claustrophobic. Thankfully, a family member was home, otherwise I would have cut myself out of it.
