These do the trick !
When you live in an old house in the middle of 50 acres in rural PA, these are a MUST !! No more messy traps or "surprises" ! The smell is a little much at first, but wears off (to the human nose) quickly. These have done the trick to keeping those pesky "winter mice" AWAY !! Just bought my second box for protection in the crawlspaces.

Wouldn't work if used outside did not open the package
Did not use and want to send back I actually needed it for outside It won't work in the rain Since I did not know it would not work outside I've been trying to send it back and they won't let me, I needed it Put up On my roof as I am 88 had to wait For my grandson, A trucker to get home Now I'm stuck with this And actually don't need it As my german Shepherd caught all 4 mice and I sealed the hole, up my grandson did.!

This product really works fast.
I am surrounded by fields and battle a mouse problem every summer. They chew and destroy things in my pantry. I put the little balls around the house and I haven't seen anymore evidence of a mouse. It's been a great relief.

Effective but smell is overwhelming
Very effective BUT can be overwhelming in the rooms where used. They smell like moth balls.

Very strong smell
Smell is very strong. Didn’t get to even open the package, just a slit of the plastic wrap and I knew I couldn’t leave this inside my house. Gave me headache just from having the box so I had to return it. Otherwise definitely 5 stars for smell because I couldn’t deal with the smell either.

Do not work
I am sorry but these do not work. I purchased a have a heart mouse traps and already caught 9 mice while these were in the same area. I tried to return but was unsuccessful unfortunately. They should have refunded me.
