I researched solar power stations extensively and, for what we were seeking -- 120/240 from a single unit, pass-through charging for both 120/240, portability and expandability -- there just isn't anything else.After opening the boxes, setup time was about 2 minutes.The power station is performing exactly as advertised, no issues or disappointments. The app is excellent and it recognized the power station instantly. I can monitor and control the power station anywhere there is WiFi, it's not limited to Bluetooth.Expensive, but worth it. Very pleased. So much so, we have two more expansion batteries on order.

Everything arrived in less than 2 weeks without any problems. Connected this system to an existing 10 circuit transfer switch. Added an extra battery (now have 2), added 8 x 195-watt solar panels. Batteries came with a 30% change. Used solar and gas generator to charge to 100%. Then ran my 10 circuits (everything we must have) for over a day with solar disconnected. With solar connected (and some sunny days) we could run for a few days easy. Overall, very happy with the system.Had a chance to use their support and warranty recently. My 14-yr old gas generator died. So, I tried charging by plugging into a 110V outlet which didn't work, no error or indication why. Contacted support via email (emails are answered overnight) and got a canned response the next day that had me try the normal basic stuff. I answered back that none of that resolved the problem. They then wanted a detailed description of the problem and to upload a video of the failing phenomenon and also to try different outlets, which I did. After a couple of days, they determined (educated guess) the problem was the AC power cord and were sending me a new one. That took over a week and did noy fix the problem. I then asked them to replace the controller / inverted. The next day they informed they would send me a NEW unit as soon as they received my unit. They provided a FedEx shipping label. Sent my unit back and received the new replacement in just over a week. So why 5 stars? They replaced my unit with a NEW unit. I also found out that all the outlets I tried were unused and on a GFI circuit which popped as soon as the AC cord was plugged in, probably a grounding issue. AC charging worked fine on a non GFI outlet. Their products are great, and they honored their warranty. Uploading a video was a little strange!

This isn't a review about the shipping (because I would give that 2 stars for the lack of communication and the month-long delay).Once I got the inverter and the battery, installation took about 20mins and everything was up and running. The app gives you plenty of information, including your current input and output, and it shows you historical data.I have this unit powering my solar shed with 1900w of solar and it easily runs my computers, TV, lights, and an EG4 Mini Split 12k BTU. I connected my subpanel to the unit using the 30amp outlet.The unit comes with everything you need to get started. I decided on this unit over a DIY solution (EG4, etc) because of how clean and easy the wiring/setup was and for the safety. Also, since I work out of the shed, I didn't want a loud inverter running in the background. This unit is very quiet and I don't think I've ever heard the fan kick in.

Unfortunately, never received the product. Inverter is sent out separately from the battery. The inverter shipped relatively quickly. Bbattery was on backorder for 3 weeks or more. There was not an ETA. Subsequently canceled the order with EcoFlow via Amazon. However, inverter was already enroute. EcoFlow could have simply called the shipper to stop the delivery (the receiver cannot authorize this with the carrier). Wanted to them to stop the shipment because I did not want to haul a 90+ lb package to the carrier. In short, EcoFlow let the shipment go. I had to refuse the shipment when the carrier tried to deliver it. All of this could have been avoided with a simple call to the carrier.

Very impressive. Just got it set up, charged, and downloaded app. Still haven't connected it to the electrical or tested all the ports, but don't expect any issues. Well designed and visually appealing unit is quite enough to have in your living room. Inverter unite and one battery is almost 200 Ilbs. Cart is great to roll around at home but should purchase dolly cart to take anywhere else. Quality and appearance, from all sides and angles, is on par with Apple and Tesla products.I will update this review once I have had more time with it.

Received head unit, but no battery. Contacted eco flow they said battery is on back order and should be shipped out by the 15th, it’s now past the 15th still no tracking number, contacted again, now they say should be in stock by the end of the month. Sure hope they get them soon. Can’t use it until I have battery.

Built an array of 3 DPUs with multiple batteries that support complete off-grid power for cabin home. You'll need a Home Panel 2 installed by a licensed electrician for safety. Otherwise it powers my RV completely with a 50 amp hub. Recharges with a generator or our twin 8-panel 400W solar arrays.
