Sleeping much better since we started to take this before bed

Got quickly. Have been taking for awhile now, but can't say they have made a difference that I've noticed.

Seems to be working good !!

A fat capsule almost an inch long. I snipped off one end andfound a white powder with no annoying taste. So I poured it into a glass of milk. I think it helped me avoid night leg cramps. I now take it mornings and evening. Other forms of magnesium were heavily flavored and too sour; this is neutral. I hope it is not phony.

This product helps me sleep better during the night and is needed for health issues. As I age, I need to supplement more.

I ordered this through Amazon because I could not find the right dosage in local stores. However, when I bought it, I forgot to read the ingredients on the bottle. The first two ingredients were forms of Calcium. I am very prone to kidney stones and can't have Calcium. Unfortunately, this is not something Amazon takes back, and I understand.
