Q: What is the thread count?

Not sure... keep on losing count at 37,000!!! All I can tell you is that it is nice and thick material but gets creased very easily. Dont buy if youre OCD inclined. Youll be ironing every day. Weve had ours a while now and tbh... weve stopped rotating the linen and put this straight back on after washing.

Q: Is this duvet got poppers or buttons?

Buttons. Also like another comment, it gets very creased when washing and is difficult to iron. I wouldn't buy it again for this reason.

Q: does this duvet cover come with 2 pillow cases?

Yes it does, I'm always careful of buying a duvet cover that includes the slips as I begrudge having to buy them separately. I was delighted with this set as it looks nice and fresh on the bed.
