Nice looking,modern looks,but it's loud.
Easy to install, nice looking, looks modern but it's loud! I don't mind because it's only on when I'm cooking and it does the job. 3 setting is perfect.

Excellent Extractor
After ordering this extractor I was put off by some reviews about its excessive noise, I did ask for a return which was readily agreed but I am glad to say I changed my mind and kept it. We are very impressed, we have an open plan large area and there are never any internal cooking smells and it is powerful enough so we switch off immediately after cooking and there is no residual odour so the noise is limited and very acceptable. Our old extractor was 350 and pretty useless. Thanks to manufacturers for a non industrial extractor which extracts!!

Effective and stylish.
I wanted to replace my existing hood with a recycling and/or vented one. This fitted the bill perfectly, and looks very stylish. The way the front of the hood folds back is great; I am tall, and I was forever banging my head on the previous one.It was easy to fit, with reasonably clear instructions. However, I have knocked one star off (possibly a bit harsh), as the template supplied led to difficulties fitting th lower part of th chimney; it wa fiddly to line up, as it does not fit square against the top of the hood. It's really not noticeable, but the air was blue as I tried to wiggle the chimney into place.

No longevity
Easy to install. It's noisy but good suction. No problems with the touch controls. However after just a couple of months the pull out hood doesn't hold itself up anymore. Sad as the rest has been a good experience but it looks crap just hanging now when you want to use it.

Useless
Definately dont buy this cooker hood , totally unfit for purpose. Main reasons for saying that is , hood is extremely noisey even on its lowest setting and drips condensation back onto hob, even on highest setting. I fit kitchens for a living so trust me i know what im talking about and have fitted hundreds of cooker hoods and this one ranks as one of the noisiest i have ever fitted. I have now ordered a new cooker hood from a WELL KNOWN manufacturer who i know i can trust to deliver a machine fit for purpose. So the £180.00 i paid for this hood has been a total waste of money , so beware.

No headbanging!
I had a square over hob hood that still worked well but I kept banging my head on it to view my cooking items.Saw this and had doubts about how well it extracted when compared to my original extractor. Due to the slotted opening the air is drawn in at fast speed and draws fumes brilliantly. Nothing to knock my head on so I'm saving money on plasters! My original hood had a delay timer off option that this does not. It's fairly quiet and safer for my head (no injuries) with a good light that can be set to two levels of brightness

Much quieter
Easy to install and use, we purchased this one after reading some reviews and abit of research, as it was about the only one that would fit in a not so standard space we had, we found it to be very quiet much more than I was expecting for an extractor fan, but we haven't had a working extractor for quite few years and technology has moved on to what we were used too, it does what it is supposed to do, we've installed it with the vent going directly to outside, but it does come with charcoal filters if you can't vent to outside, although we have only had it for a few weeks so cannot comment on the longevity of the extractor, we are very happy with the fan so far and would recommend to family and friends that they take a look and consider a Ciarra extractor.
