So Sturdy! and awesome coloured design
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely loving the colours... gives this umbrella the "not so generic" lookand much easier to find when rummaging around the boot. The Press Button is clear and robust.. and this thing opens with some clout!once up.. seems really sturdy and has some great reflective strips which will be useful for the late night walks back from the train station.Thoroughly impressed with this one.. and may get another for the mrs!

Nice size, but bring muscles
Great umbrella for coverage... no longer am I getting moist shoulders from the lack of cover with other "standard" telescope umbrellas. Don't worry, this isn't so big that you will do a Mary Poppins across the skyline either.I like the reflective strip as since I live in black, its always nice to have extra visibility for my nightly wandering (i.e. dog walking)I can confirm that it is waterproof... essential in an umbrella I think. The UV protection I have not been able to "measure"... I live in the second wettest area in Wales... so if you're waiting to hear about UV protection from me, you could be a while. The button release system for opening it is substantially strong and initially I was concerned that the canopy would fly off like a missile, it has held so far... another bonusThat said, on collapsing the umbrella, you (well at least I) need some muscles. Remember firstly to press the button to collapse.... I didn't and caused much public entertainment in trying to wrestle it into submission. Trust me, the umbrella will win if you do not use the button.Once I realised this, it collapses neatly into the "upside down" style. However, it doesn't collapse all the way down. You're left with a closed umbrella on the top of its long centre pole and this is where the brute muscle strength comes in. Pushing that umbrella into its resting place by the handle is tantamount to those butterfly chest presses you get in the gym, only its just your hands that are pushing against the mechanism.I have gotten into the rhythm now of collapsing the canopy by using the button, then holding it shut at full length whilst I then wait until I am in a quiet cloakroom to finalise the wrestling match in private...Still, for all I've said, I am happy with this umbrella. So far it has fared well with the winds and I do not regret my purchase. At the very least I am getting a mini workout each time it rains... so I stay dry and fit... win, win!

Aesthetically pleasing and looks sturdy
This looks good. Fabric is very different than other umbrellas and repels water. Automatic open and even shuts automatically. 😁 Comes in a case and easy to store in the bag.

Strong in windy condition
Great umbrella, perfect for windy/rainy days in UK. Didn't collapse once

Very heavy!
It's sturdy, large and seems well made, but the weight would be unbearable for my little hands to manage in the wind, so it had to be returned.Shame, because anyone with strong grip and solid wrist would be delighted.
