Perfect swing for kids with ASD and/or SPD
This is the perfect indoor therapy swing for our son with ASD and SPD. He’s 5 and about 65 lbs and 48”+ tall. Once covid 19 struck all our therapies were suddenly cancelled and we were left with trying to figure out how to meet his needs at home. Enter this swing. He can use it as a regular swing, partially relax in it, or fully lay out head to toes in it (sorry couldn’t get a pic of that pose). It screws into a stud so we attached it in our basement playroom. It’s also SUPER easy to clean. We’ve had a few accidents on it and you can just take it down, pull it off the support rope, and toss it in the washer and dryer and then put it back on. The fabric stretches but after a wash tightens up again and needs more stretching but ability to clean was a big plus for us. It has a pretty decent range of movement, our son doesn’t have low tone but does seem to not fully recognize dangers at times but he is great with this. Just make sure you have quite a bit of open space. This room has a ceiling fan and lights so we didn’t put it in the dead center and instead placed it near his rock climbing wall. But it would’ve been better in the center, we live in US Southwest so we wanted to keep the fan in case he decided he didn’t like it. But it’s our best ever amazon buy!

Great quality, flexible use, highly recommend
Bought for my 9yr old 50lb daughter w sensory needs. She uses this every single day and spends the majority on her time in it, including sleeping in it many nights (as pictures). She’ll swing, do gymnastic flips and twirls, spin, and then sometimes just suspend her body and lean out one end while she colors on the floor. The fabric is soft and not slippery, and has sprung back to tightness when washed without getting misshapen at all.We had the “pod” style swing previously but this has been much more usable and fun for her. The pressure is good and fabric texture (which is oh SO important!) is sensitive kid approved.

Best swing we've found. You will LOVE it.
This is the BEST purchase we have ever made for our kids. The swing is large and durable with a weight capacity of 240 pounds it can handle all 3 kids playing at a time. The adjustable length means it can grow WITH the kids for many years of use. It's machine washable which is awesome, cause you know kids... We have 3 neurotypical kids and one who has sensory processing disorder and this swing is our go-to for time ins. Instant calm as we wrap her in the swing and push her to facilitate calmness. She also loves to spin super fast which this allows for.

Great for those with sensory needs!
I have a 4 year old with autism that requires a LOT of sensory input. This thing is amazing. He has been obsessed with it for a long time. If he wakes up in the middle of the night, I’d put him in and whip him around and he gets the sensory input he needs to fall back asleep. It is starting to get some wear and tear now because of overuse after the last 2 years. But, this thing will hold a LOT of weight. It held my grown cousins who insisted on trying it out lol. Docked one star only because you need to keep an eye on the kids while they’re using it. My son has gotten himself totally twisted up and had I not been there he might have strangled himself.

Well Made
This swing was super easy to install, and it came with everything we needed (besides a drill just to get the hole for the eye hook started). When we first set it up we didn’t realize how stretchy the material was and used the extra rope provided to lower the swing down, as shown in the first picture. As soon as our son got on we realized our mistake... The instructions say to hook the caribener directly to the eye hook, and that’s what we eventually ended up doing. Our son has ADHD and autism. He’s constantly moving and nothing calms hims during a meltdown quite like swinging... so we put this swing up in his bedroom and he absolutely LOVES it. He has told us several times how amazing it is. He’s already spent hours in it. He was on the verge of a meltdown last night, caught himself before it started and told us he needed to go use his new swing to calm down. We couldn’t be happier!! The fabric is so soft and stretchy, and the hardware is very sturdy.

Won’t last
The new fabric they’re using for this is bad. The old fabric this company sent me my kids used on a daily basis and latest 2 years. I ordered this swing (exact same listing as my first one) in Jan 2025 and within 6 weeks, it had a huge rip in it. Very disappointed. Of course my return window has closed, so I can’t return. I will be looking at other brands now.

Great for autism, ADHD, sensory relaxation.
Works great indoors. Easy to install, just have to find the support beam. Both toddler and 7 year old love it for swinging and twirling, hanging, etc. Especially good for kids that need to swing and cacoon-type soft/stretchy material to calm down.

WASH it first/Great Swing!
My 3 year old loved our new sensory swing once we washed it. For all of the kiddos out there with sensitivities like SPD or Autism I highly recommend that parents wash this swing FIRST on delicate in their washer before letting their child use it (Just like you would wash all new clothes for your child first).I am also a sensitive adult and must wash all my clothes before wear because of the chemicals on fabric that make me sneeze, make my eyes water and give my skin rashes. Not to mention the smell of the fabric with those chemicals on it before it's washed!
