This Lipsomal Glutathione supplement comes in the form of 60 gummies with a suggested dosage of 2 gummies per day giving 30 days supply at recommended dosage. The gummies were in a clear plastic container that is about 4.5 inches hight (11.25cm) by just over 2.25inches across (6cm). The gummies have an expiry date 33 months after the delivery date.When opening the container and smelling the contents there is a faint pleasant smell. The individual gummies have no real smell, a pleasant taste and after taste and are pleasant to chew. The container is recyclable, the gummies are Vegan friendly and gluten free. The company is UK based.Glutathione is a substance produced by the liver and involved in tissue building and repair and immune system function,. I am interested in taking this supplement for potential benefits I may het in relation to potential benefits I may get in skin health, heart health and the immune system.The supplement uses the Lipsomal delivery method which helps the supplement which help the absorption of the supplement both in the mouth and by preventing stomach acids breaking down the supplement before it is absorbed.The product also contains Vitamin C and a degree of Collagen. It is at the premium end of the market but Lipsomal supplements are more expensive and Glutathione is at the premium end of the supplement price range.

I didn't know much about Liposomal Glutathione, but it sounded like a very important supplement, so when I saw that the gummies were shaped like teddy bears I was a little confused, but let's not hold that against them ;-) They appear to be targeting women, and it makes sense as this supplement is good for cellular function, respiration and skin oxidisation, and also is great for enhancing immunity. I looked for a UK RDA, and whilst there doesn't appear to be one, the ballpark dose seems to be anything from 500-2000mg, and the gummies deliver 2000mg (even though it says 3000mg on front of pack, which is a little confusing) so you could actually try and limit yourself to one bear per day to justify the cost, but that would be difficult as they are strawberry flavoured and quite delicious. They also contain 200g of Vitamin C and 300g of collagen, so I think that I would happily recommend them.

The directions from the brand is that you take two gummies daily approximately 30 minutes before your morning after the meal with a full glass of water, this is very strange as they are gummies and would prefer to take gummies when I’m on the go and for the convenient of just chewing without the need of 🚰. Therefore, the directions of these gummies defeat the object for me.Ironically, the brand has stated the following “ Convenient Pack -. Whether you're at home, work, or on-the-go, you can easily incorporate these glutathione organic gummies into your routine for consistent wellness support! Due to the inconvenience I haven’t used these much so I can’t confirm it’s effectiveness.The two pros for me is the MGs and the taste 👅

A well rounded, easy to use product that does what it says on the tin. The item that arrived was dispatched on time and in full, in nice packaging. The gummies are good value for money, with little taste, should last a long time.

Great supplement and great value

These gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily so this container of 60 will last you around a month. They taste great even though there is no added sugar unlike most similar products! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatin like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative.

Glutathione is an antioxidant and is important for a number of uses in the body. While I take n-aceytl cysteine daily it's ultimately converted to glutathione in the body, so it's helpful to take it as glutathione.It's also nice to chew something tasty, rather than swallowing handfuls of capsules.But...As shown in my pictures, the label on the front of the bottle I have claims 3,000mg (of what though?) whereas on the back, the recommended serving of 2 a day will supply you with 2,000mg of glutathione.And while 2 will give you 200mg of vitamin C and 300mg of hydrolysed collagen, that doesn't account for the claim of 3,000mg on the front.Price wise, glutathione supplements are pricy so the price of this one is in line with what I would expect to pay.

This have a pleasant berry flavour but they’re quite a subtle flavour, the texture is firm but chewy. My daughter suffers with dry skin and thinning hair and she’s noticed that her skin condition has improved recently although it’s difficult to say for sure if that’s due to these, she’s not seen a change in her hair but it’s too soon to tell that really. She’s had no ill effects or issues.
