I never know if stuff like this works, but honestly for the price and the taste I don't really care. A pleasure to take and I hope they work!

I can't believe that beets have now turned into a verified 'supplement'. I knew beets were good for you but I did not realize how good and what the overall benefits were. But before Beets as a supplement there is no way one could eat the amount of beets that you will find taking a regular supplement. I love the fact that these are truly natural. The only other ingredient besides beets are the capsules. I've been trying these out because I have a muscle endurance issue. I can be in the best shape but when starting out on, lets say, a walk, for the first few minutes my muscles are rebelling. These beet supplements by Happy Healthy Hippie give those muscles a little jolt. I am always amazed because there is no magic ingredient just natural organic beets! I like the philosophy of this brand that their supplements should be all natural. The only thing that disappoints me is that I see no reference to official certifications for 3rd party lab testing, non Gmo, organic, and the cGMP for the manufacturing facility. Yes the Beet Root capsules worked for me but it's also important to know that what is said to be in that bottle is in that bottle!

I want nothing to do with beets.However, I know they are good for me... so, I thought I'd try these.For the last month, I have been taking ONE capsule a day to try these out -- I haven't noticed any funny smells from the capsules or after tastes/burps from myself.I don't know if "anything" is happening with taking these, but we'll see shortly.I like that these aren't something I need to chew or drink, and that there isn't any added sugar.The $14.20 price is fair for a 30-day supply of a supplement.

It definitely works to boost oxygen. I have an o2 meter and my oxygen has been ranging from 94-95, occasionally it dips down even lower. After I take this my oxygen is 99-100. I take one capsule with breakfast and one capsule with dinner.
