Works great for Steam Deck and Switch
I use just the core to hook up my Switch and Steam Deck to my PC monitor - works great, powers both devices and displays out with no issues. The usability of the core without needing the rest of the dock as just a simple hub is a great piece of flexibility.

It works better than the official steam deck dock
I had the official dock before this. I had a ton of issues with that one, I returned it immediately.I hooked my deck up to this one and it just works! Nome of the issues from the previous official dock are present in this.I love the modular design as well. And this dock was 1/4th the price of the official one!My only suggestion would be that it could be easier to take apart to get the core drive or whatever it is called. It is a little clunky.

Does not work, cheaply made, horrible quality
Horrible quality item, feels cheaply put together and low quality. Got this for my Nintendo switch as it was advertised it supports and it does not work at all, screen flickers and won't stay on does not even fit on the stand properly. It just straight up does NOT WORK. Do NOT buy this product :/

Video out only works on monitors, not TV's
Maybe you will get luckier with your tv's. I have a Hisense and TCL and the video out wont work. I tried on my dad's Samsung QLED and it won't work.Other than that, it's a cheap dock that does it job. Not as many ports, but it's also half the cost. I'll still keep it by my computer, but I'll try to find something else to put with my TV.

Was awesome until it wasn't, customer service is a waste of time
I really liked the Core Drive until it broke. Messaged customer service and it was a month and a half of hemming and hawing and troubleshooting things I detailed in my initial email, then they require you to destroy the defective product and send photos before they will replace a defective product that you've already paid for and not been able to use. I understand there are scammers and this is a method of cutting down on that, but it was a $20 replacement for just the Core Drive so it's not like I could have been making money off the deal after all the time spent troubleshooting and messaging customer service. Not worth the time or the money, I'll just keep it moving.

Broke after a handful of uses
I've had this several months but I've only used it maybe three times. Today I went to use it and it shows picture, but it won't charge my deck which makes it basically useless to me

Dock Stopped working after only like 5 uses
I have barely used it and it doesn't connect to my monitors anymore. If I am lucky enough for it to work, the screen goes black every 5 seconds. Just tonight, my Steam Deck bricked (or so it seemed)... After about 10 minutes of resetting the steam deck, it finally turned back on. I thought this would be a viable cost-effective alternative to the official Steam Deck Dock. It sucks, and I'm really frustrated. Nothing like trying to play online with your friends only to spend hours debugging what's wrong with your dock and steam deck! yay....
