You get what you pay for
This is a cheap shop vac with a power cord that's too short and a hose that's also on the short side. The fitting between the motor housing and the canister is loose, and the attachments are cheaply constructed. Suction power is okay, and the vacuum does a good job sucking up cat hair. Like I said, you get what you pay for.
