Good flavor and I use all the time. We will never really know of there are benefits or bot but doesn't hurt to try and add to other teas. Product is worth it though and great packaging and delivery. I will order again.

The flavor is an acquired taste, and now I love it

Bought for liver/kidney flush, it's dandilion root so has an earthy flavor, so far I've had 7-8 cups, feeling better in morning definitely a difference in BM, tmi for sure, but it's why I use it to flush the body. Even my sleep has been better it seems. Was using dandilion flowers decided to try the root, it's a bit more earthier in taste than the flower. I don't use honey in it just straight brewed, adding honey or sugar may help to ease strong flavor but I'll save that for my teas. Great medicinal product.

I have a cup of dandelion tea most mornings. This naturally non-caffeinated tea has many health benefits, but I drink it because it is a diuretic and measurably reduces my systolic blood pressure by around 10 points. If you believe as I do that food is medicine then this tea is for you. This version is "raw" which supposedly preserves more of the health benefits than roasted. The downside of most dandelion tea is that it can be bitter. I wouldn't add sugar but you could add lemon or you could buy the roasted kind. Don't bother trying to make this tea out of the weeds in your lawn, because I saw you put fertilizer and herbicides on your lawn and that isn't healthy at all!
