Perfect machine. No noise, no shake even at 1400 rpm. Quality wash and no wrinkles, and the steam option gives a hygienic wash. Very easy to operate with digital programming. Dry option gives 98% dry cloths. Though I have not used much due to the summer season. The small things that I felt could have been improved are: the display panel should blink the current option in operation (eg. Prewash, soaking, etc). Except two programmes, most of them are allowed to use 2-3 kg of cloths. This could have been up to 4-5 kgs. The liquid in the softener tray does not get completely used at the end of the wash. Some liquid is left out even if used in small quantities. Maybe I need to check with the technician about this. However, these are small things. Overall, I am happy with the machine. This I am saying after using it for more than six months. It's worth for the 50k I spent. It may be more useful during the rainy season with the dryer.

I bought this washer-dryer in amazon, ten days back. Since Day 01, the dryer is not working 100%. I had to dry it outside. Two IFB technicians came and confirmed that the machine has board issue, and they will do replacement.But, no replacement has been done. No use of creating IFB tickets. IFB store owners are not responsive. Felt cheated.Never buy in amazon. You don’t know whom to contact if you buy in Amazon.And, never buy IFB.

The media could not be loaded. Product is great, however I want to this on record I received a product with manufacturing defect (Drum) confirmed by IFB technician who came to install the machine. now awaiting for replacement by Amazon/ IFB. Video attached.

Excellent machine..

I was little apprehensive in spending so much for a washing machine. But now I feel it's worth.Very good result.My main reason to buy this was due to its 100% dryer inbuilt feature.Am very happy using this product.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this high end washing machine from IFB and faced problems again and again, they Don't have trained technicians for the best washing machine they have. IFB's technicians are the worst and instead of resolving the issue they will create another problem as they don't have know-how of the motors and working of washing machine.IFB will only give you stress without proper resolution. It is better to go with the established brands like LG and Samsung who have well trained technicians. We shifted to IFB and that was a big mistake. We wasted our money on this brand.

Writing review comments after using it for 3 months. This has lot of features like steam refresh, steam dry , power steam based on need and climate condition you can use the functions. This IFB machine is quite and not much vibrations.With help mobile app it becomes very easy to operate it.Overall satisfied with the product
