Worth the money
It holds my umbrella perfectly still.

Has a high end look and easily holds my new extra large rectangle umbrella when filled with water.

Works ok. PIA to fill.
This took me forever to fill with sand. The fill hole is about the size of a 50 cent piece. I used a funnel to pour cups of sand into the hole. The instructions say if you use both sand and water (to make the base heavier) then you probably won't ever get it out again, so I used straight sand. I always close up the umbrella when done with it so I can't testify as to how strong a breeze this base can withstand. I will probably ask my husband to make a granite collar to add to it.

Sturdy
Just received today and put it out on deck filled with water. So far Day one very good sturdy, good value. Assembly minimal. I like that it can be emptied and moved.

Good so far but expensive
Came damaged during shipping because it had to filler inside box to protect. I was able to partially fix it and tucked it up just so I wouldn't have to add another thing to my to do list. Little expensive for being just plastic.

Much brassier than what is depicted in photos.

Decent qualities
It would be nice if the hole to fill with sand was bigger. It is threaded to fit a hose which is good for when you add water to your sand. Tedious to fill with sand. A really fine grade of sand would work best.
