Very good bouncer and design was well thought about. Having the cushioned tray around the seat is brilliant as it stops baby from hitting off the door frame. Very sturdy and quite easy to assemble, only issue I had was how adjust the seat up and down. I had to watch a video on how to do it as I couldn't understand the instructions for that bit. Good value for money. Baby found it fun and does come with 2 cute toys which hang on each side of the chair.

I bought this because of the protective hex plastic that surrounds baby so minimal injuries will occur. Good price too.

Put this item together with some concerns as the fabric seat is held with 6 small hooks which look as though they would not fold the seat in place when baby is bouncing. Put the item on the door frame as per instruction manual hoping that the hooks would hold with the weight of a baby in the seat. Did not put the baby into the bouncer as even when adjusted to the shortest setting the bouncer was so close to the floor that the baby would not be able to stand in it. My baby is 6 months old and this door bouncer is advertised for babies aged 6 - 12 months. Even of there was a way to make the straps shorter the baby still would not fit as they would injure themselves on the plastic that connects to the arm of the door clamp. Unless your door ways are 10ft+ this item will not be suitable.

Great but directions for adjustment take some working out.

Bought for my grandson for Christmas and he loves bouncing up and down. Nice little touch with the added toys. Would recommend.A little fiddly getting the strap to the right length but a quick look on YT and was soon sorted.

It slackens and lowers while baby is bouncing.Although it does adjust a lot higher than people may think after reading reviews.If I hadn't thrown the box I would have returned due to the slackening as it is difficult to adjust height by yourself without taking baby in and out in and out.One more thing, but we sort of knew it may happen, it has taken the paint and scraped some plaster off from above the door, probably can't be helped.Wouldn't buy again.Had a graco one 20 years ago for my son and it was spot on, like I say this keeps lowering which is a major pain to keep dealing with.

NEW REVIEW:Graco customer support responded to me within 24 hours and helped resolve this. The item isn't faulty. It has an extra knack to make it extra tight. They sent me the guidance :) my baby absolutely loves this! It is such great value for money too especially cos the jumpers sell for up to £100 and take up so much space. This is great cos it doesnt take up too much space. I have uploaded a new video showing my baby enjoying herself.Original 1 STAR review:I have put this together on the tightest setting to make it as short as possible, however as you can see in the video/pictures, my 6 month old baby is pretty much on the floor.All our doors are standard heights, so the door isn't the issue here. I have made this item as tight as I can, but it doesn't get together than this.I wouldn't recommend this unless you have an unusually tall door.
