The media could not be loaded. Needed to buy 00 flour for Italian Christmas cookies but I have to eat gluten free. Found this flour and read the reviews. Well as you can from my video they turned out fabulous- very light and tasty. Easy to make no substitutions on weight it was a like for like and turned out brilliant

This is a pack of two 500g bags of Italian rice flour, which I found a bit pricey overall. However, I must say that it’s such a versatile type of flour. I’ve used it in the past as a thickening agent, and it works like no other for thickening and smoothing sauces and soups. My Italian nan used to bake with it, so I’ll definitely give it a go myself. The quality is excellent—gluten-free and with a very light texture. I just wish the quantity was a bit larger. Overall, great quality and highly recommended

Used to make a GF mock sour dough loaf along with buckwheat flour and it was amazing!

Ordered this to make various gluten-free items for when we have guests who can't have gluten. It came well packaged and very quickly. The flour itself is very good and the cupcakes I've made with it are very nice, a slightly different texture than when I use standard flour, but this was fine. Looking forward to trying other recipes now too.
