I’ve been trying to find a good tasting hydration product for years and I’m glad I finally found Kaizen. It’s high quality and reminds me of a cleaner tasting lime Gatorade. It’s low in sugar and the addition of Sea Moss makes me feel tremendous. The only problem is I drink too much of it now because I feel so much better when I do.My main uses are for after a workout, or after a long night of partying.. but honestly I drink at least 1 cup per day.I’ve had liquid IV, waterboy, H20iq… and this beats all of them. If you’re on the fence about ordering, just do it and thank me later.

I like goodonya brand better. This does not taste as good but blends well and I thought it did work

This product is, if nothing else, all the sodium you'll need for the day. While the description says it's lemon lime flavor I can assure you it is firmly salt flavor. Unfortunately creating a electrolyte hydration mix like this without sugar does leave you with a mix that is usually not tasty. If you can push past the taste, then this hydration mix is great.

I've tried other hydration supplements and none of them made me a fan until I found this brand. Kaizen Hydration is superior in taste and goes down so smooth. I take one scoop in a huge water bottle you could chug half the bottle and fill it back up with water & mix and honestly it still tastes the exact same, I love it. I like to drink mine with a generous amount of ice & shaken well- which I think helps to yields the most refreshing results. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I personally did not like the taste of this product, and I had some stomach discomfort afterwards. I cannot speak about its efficacy.

Only hydration product that I have tried that completely eliminates headaches after workouts and tennis in heat. I especially like all the natural mixes in it and it’s not loaded with art sweetness sugars and it dissolves quickly. Highly recommend product

I got through 1 sip of it and I was done. It has a lemony smell to it and I had high hopes for it but it literally taste like you are drinking salt. Now maybe my ratio of powder to water was off, but unfortunately the directions are useless. It says add 1 scoop to cold water. It doesn't say what is a scoop or how much cold water.
