Best instant noodles yet!
Let me start by saying I eat a lot of instant noodles/ramen and spend a lot of time at noodle houses and ramen joints near me. I have received zenpop ramen boxes and imported instant noodles from both Japan and Korea. I would not consider this "ramen" for a few reasons, mostly just ingredients, and more of a stirfry noodle. I'll break my review down to 3 categories below.Flavor: Is off the hook! Absolutely delicious sauce and honestly the real highlight, I think the simple fact it's not powder goes a long way plus the recommendation of stirfrying the sauce into the noodles needs to be followed as it prevents dilution. If the spice ends up being too much for you you can always preserve more water in an attempt to dilute it but I don't know why anyone would do that.Spice Level: It's spicy, if you are like me and can regularly eat habaneros or spicier you won't get it off the bat nor will it linger long. The spice does build a bit but as most chili heads know you start to get the spice on and around the lips first (since I was slurping it up so quickly because of how good it was) as that's how I generally tell how spicy something is. If you find buffalo sauce spicy then this might be rough for you, my GF can barely handle buffalo sauce and just the smell of the noodles was enough to intimidate her.Add-ons/Doctoring it up: Outside of the sauce (which honestly they could just sell and I'd be happy) there nothing special in the packet so doctoring it up could go a long way. I personally threw in some chicken while stirfrying (as pictured) to absorb some of the flavor but not too much as I didn't want to spread the sauce too thin and cutback on spice and flavor. As someone who can handle ghost peppers (well eating them at least), down the line might add some additional peppers like piri piri (as that's my on hand chili I throw into everything). I'd go with piri piri over habanero or ghost because I wouldn't want to mess with the flavor too much as it is very good as is. Alternatively I might toss the chicken in a sweet gochujang sauce before adding it too the noodles. I'm also unsure what veggies I'd consider throwing in but I might down the line. Add-ons is probably the best way to cut the heat (if you need it) while trying to preserve flavor.Overall: A delicious noodle sauce and super easy to make at home!

The flavor is amazing!!!
Soooooo spicy but the flavor of these are soooooooo good and I wish I could find some that taste the same but aren’t nearly as spicy.I originally got these for my bf and I to try for a spicy noodles challenge. It was fun and we had eaten all of them in the time span of 2 months.Ever since I ate these, I’ve been searching for noodles that have this delicious flavor without all the heat. I’ve been searching for over a year now and still no luck.I love the noodles and you can leave out some of the spicy sauce so it’s not as hot as it could be but something in that sauce just has an amazing flavor past the heat and I’ve been chasing this flavor in a noodle sauce ever since. Still no luck 😔.

AMAZING!
I have purchased these spicy noodles over 15 times from Amazon (various sellers). Every single time, my noodles have come intact, no broken noodles or ripped packaging, and they have never come expired. These noodles are my #1 favorite meal, they're delicious and have the perfect amount of spice. In terms of flavor, it is chicken-flavored, in a chili oil base. There is a hint of sweetness, as well as slight garlic taste. The first time you try these, and you're not accustomed to spice, you may feel overwhelmed and reach for the milk. A few times later, and it simply becomes a satisfying meal. The spice is comparable to maybe 10x the heat of a Flamin' Hot Cheeto? Not really too warm at all.I only really complain about the price - $2 per pack of ramen is expensive. Of course it's cheaper than going out to eat, but I wish that it was $7 or $8 on Amazon, similar to the price in actual stores.10/10 will buy again.

Not overwhelmingly spicy.
I usually eat chicken ramen with a ton of sriracha in it so I thought this would be good to try. To me the spice level was intimidating from reviews saying it was like ghost pepper hot because I don’t eat that hot of stuff. The spice level for me is like the mango Habanero from Buffalo Wild Wings except not as lingering. I am writing this about 5 minutes after eating and the heat is basically gone from my mouth which as a person that likes spicy but doesn’t like losing my taste buds that’s a plus. I like that it isn’t a broth type ramen because I just don’t keep that much water in regular ramen anyway. While eating the heat mostly stayed at the back of my throat and towards the end I could feel it more on my lips. The noodles are a little spongey but that’s okay. It kind of reminded me of a spicy curry taste wise. Overall it’s good but for the price I’d rather just buy the sauce on its own.

Tastes good - with its included flavor powder
This ramen noodle pack with its flavor powder sachet is a quick food option for a growling stomach.I usually add vegetables and scrambled egg to the pack when preparing it - its a personal choice to enhance the taste though the plain ramen noodles do taste fine without these additions.A sore point - why the Halal certification??? Is it to address the needs of a particular segment of customers?Didn't go too well with me.

If You Can Handle a Ghost Pepper This Is Fine
Having seen videos of people trying these noodles on YouTube I had to investigate these noodles as I am a fan of spicy food. Packaging was easy to figure out as it is like most ramens. When eating it I only felt a big kick due to my going in with a dry mouth. After drinking water everything was fine. It does have some heat to it, but as stated if you can handle a raw ghost pepper you can handle this. These noodles had a slight sweetness to me, but the flavor was different and enjoyable. It gave me the sniffles from the heat, which I don’t mind as I call them “happy sniffles”.Definitely worth a try if you love spicy stuff.

Average product
Not the best product. The sauce is spicy as hell. Use only 1/4 or barely 1/2. It’ll burn your tongue real good. I don’t see the hype in Buldak.
