Good customer service
Although it says for vivi electric bikes, keep in mind it does not work on all vivi electric bikes like the H7UL model. They accepted the return. Visually it looked well built. Couldn't test on my bike.

fit my footguard 27.5 500 w 2023 model and back
needed to find a battery for this totguard no name brand bike maker that doesnt sell direct replacement parts was frustrating i bought this battery after a lot of headache with research. i did have to cut a piece of plastic to make it fit but wasn't that hard took a box cutter and 1 minute of my time now i can ride 2 times as far now that i have 2 batteries.

Terrible
Seller didn’t ship all parts of this item. Battery keys were missing. Took two more than 2 weeks to send keys and then was too late to return the whole battery that did not fit bike. Asked for a full refund and shipping label to return. Said return not available.
