Q: Is this the best cuticle oil?

Yes! I love this, years ago I passed a kiosk at the mall and purchased the 'kit' it included the cuticle oil, lotion and buffer/smoother... The kiosks were gone, (I go to the mall about every 5 years or so) I decided to search for it on amazon, it truly is worth it. Highly recommend!!!

Q: What packaging does this product arrive in? It was delivered to me in a plastic bag, no box, just the bottle

I don't remember....but the product is good. Does it really matter how it was packaged as long as the bottle was not broken?
