The main focus of this product is for those people that need the immune system strengthened and are deficient in both K vitamins and D vitamins. It should not be used for lengthy periods of time and littke value to those that don't have defiance in vitamin d production. For me I'm outside every day and in sunlight, but those that have a lifestyle of indoors it should help. I suggest only taking if doctor says as supplement it should help. I took for 3 months anf did not suffer any ill side effects. It did feel as if it helped with joint aches throughout my body. I have been having some aches in my shoulder and hip.

This is a decent supplement. You do need to take two for a full "serving" so you aren't saving taking pills by getting a combined supplement with this. But they are normal sized and easy to swallow so not a big deal. The ingredients are a nice combination that are good for your heart, circulatory system, and bones. And we all know Vitamin D is essential for mood! And there is bonus Black Pepper in this which is a generally good addition to any supplement.As with anything, it is almost impossible to tell if a supplement is actually doing anything since you don't notice the lack of negative health. But all of the listed ingredients have studies showing they are beneficial and this is a good way to get some boost to your whole body.

My teen son was having some issues with his bone health and had an injury. It was suggested that we make sure he gets enough calcium and vitamin D. He does not care for dairy products so I thought a supplement would be an easy way to add more calcium and vitamin d into his routine. The dosage is for one capsule which contains 210mg of calcium, 125 mcg of vitamin D3 and 100 mcg of vitamin k. The capsules are not small and he does need a pretty full glass of water to get one down (but again, he is a teenager). He reports no aftertaste. This is an easy way to get more calcium and vitamin D. The downside is that this particular brand is expensive.

That would be the gold standard, IMO. So you have to depend on the integrity of the manufacturer for quality control assurance. Therefore, I marked the product down a little and gave it 4 stars.
