Did not work. I just have room temperature milk. Complete waste of money

Took about 3 days to initially set,totally worth the wait, stronger flavour than shop yoghurt,with a slight fizz,and amazing you can just perpetually make this yogurt, so you never run out,and needs no fancy heating, just a jar on the counter,how simple ,I followed the instructions from their Web site. Our whole family love this yogurt, we've set up another litre to make already. Definitely recommend this sellers yogurt.

Not what it says on the tin
The Filmjolk Yoghurt isn't the traditional Swedish filmjölk, it's the more gloopy version called långfil. The taste is similar, but the consistency is quite different, and rather disappointing.

Simple home made probiotic yoghurt
Followed the instructions for filmjolk yoghurt, took 36 hours for the starter to set, made it up to a litre with fresh while milk straight from the fridge and like magic 24 hours later I've got a load of yoghurt in the fridge! Very creamy taste, not very sour, maybe it'll get more sour if I leave it out longer but 24 hours seems perfect.All done in a 1 litre jar with a paper napkin cover, couldn't be easier. Will save 2 tablespoons to culture another litre and keep it going forever!
