Good chair but Amazon has completely disappointed me with the installation thing. I had booked it along with chair but the executive never showed up and I ended up getting it installed by myself after keeping that chair in box for a week. But product wise, chair is good, easy installation, good quality and value for money.

Very Uncomfortable & Poor Quality – Not Worth Buying
I purchased this chair expecting comfort and durability for office use, but I’m very disappointed. The chair is extremely uncomfortable to sit on for even short periods. Most importantly, it keeps sinking down as soon as someone sits on it, which makes it unusable and frustrating to use.The product does not match the quality shown in the description, and I believe I may have received a defective piece. I request a replacement or refund for this item at the earliest.
