Got this for my office to help with my thought production and limiting my unnecessary thinking. I like that it can be used as a guide to check in frequently throughout the day to see if my chakras are in balance or out of balance. I also like that it gives you suggestions of what to do to remedy out of balance chakras. I would really recommend this to others because it helps to keep oneself focused, centered, and in control. The quality of the picture is also very good and bright plus I like it being a matted canvas.
