Very useful aid to reading

Great magnification but I could not work out how to open the battery compartment
This provides good magnification for reading, but I found neither the instructions nor the video properly explained how to open the battery compartment. I used the usb connection to discover how bright the illumination was, but the connecting wire tended to get in the way of reading, which was when I decided that rechargeable batteries were the way forward. A vising relative opened the battery compartment for me, but he did so without recourse to either the instructions or the video!

Flimsy legs
Loved the magnifier. Worked well for a child with sight problems. However, the legs are very flimsy so not sure how long they will last.
