I have not received the replacement so don't know what the replacement is going to be like.
It claimed to be new but was a phone taken out of a business and trading in on new ones apparently. It.did not work right. I have not received the replacement so don't know what the replacement is going to be like.

Customer Service Surprise
I ordered the much needed phone set for a digital Norstar phone system easy enough through Amazon. I find Amazon reliable and with fair pricing. The item was delivered on time. Much to my suprise, there was a serious manufacturing defect with the item. I wanted to process an exchange of the product. In this case, I could only process a return and refund. I need the component. I was angry. I did not want to trust the supplier again and yet I need the equipment. I initially posted a harsh review. Amazon took ownership, contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer promptly called me. They handled the matter expeditiously and satisfactorily. I still have to return the defective item for a refund to Amazon, but the replacement I need is on the way with trust restored.

Had to come back and change- the phone isn't working properly. Seems like the buttons are sticking, I'm returning it.Nice phone, multiple features...pretty easy to use
