Solid performer
9 watts in idle. Good operation down to -26degees F. Power up 1700watt heat gun with little warming. Heavy build. No extra fusses that many have. I’m not a fan of fuses you have to change by opening the shell up. It has internal reset circuits:)

Quiet, Powerful, Safe
The media could not be loaded. Use: Paired with my 100Ah LiFePO battery to help keep our aquarium creatures alive during power outages, and to run a space heater and lamps. Nice that it has USB outlets for our phones too! And GFCI outlets, heck yeah!Customer service: Excellent. They respond to my many questions and concerns. That fills me with hope in case something goes wrong during the 18 month warranty period. I love responsiveness.Display: Love it. Easy to read input voltage (from battery), and output voltage and watts (going to my devices). This is good awareness not only of how quickly I'm depleting my battery, but how much strain is on the inverter.Sound: It is silent until you reach about 800 watts. Then the fan kicks on, but it's really not bad. More of a soothing white noise. No weird smells (other than the initial smell of coming out of the factory).Prevent Sparks: Anytime you connect a battery to an inverter a pop/spark happens as the capacitor quickly chargers. Avoid by bridging negative terminal with a resistor for 5-10 seconds, before connecting as normal. Slows the current = No scary spark! 30 ohm, 25 watt resistor.Cables: You get 2 PAIRS of 5 AWG cable. Two 5 AWG cables equals 2 AWG. So you actually have 2 AWG. Why are they split and not one big fat cable? Maybe the factory had a huge stock of 5 AWG. Or maybe the 2 separate cables help with heat dispersion. Under heavy load the inverter felt a bit warm but the cables were noticeably cooler. They are CCA (copper clad aluminum)...would've liked pure copper, but you can't always get what you want.

Works Great!
Great unit puts out the 120 volts as necessary. Only thing is the data cable .... In today's world RJ45 is really the most common, the cable supplied is the old (Very Old) type of jack, i tried to extend the cable but couldn't find one that would operate the inverter.Hopefully the company can supply a extension for the inverter.Unit is very quiet and neat and clean display.

Great inverters
This has turned out to be much better and cheaper than the Renogy I had to replace. I have a 1500w inverter as well and they are both solid.

not even a year and "brick" and excellent replacement from Giandel USA
that's right, scarcely used just few times during black-out for about 3 - 5 hrs. , till today try to test other battery bank and nothing no output 120V though USB's were working, OK, fuse I though get set of 35A set of fuses and replace two out of for burned, connect everything back same story, just that other set of two went, replaced them too and . . same story no go. I owe 600W pure for years no problem recently got 1200W to replace the one in truck(600) tested no issues - at least could substitute 2000W for 1200W so far so good but really? that 2000W I rather have it, well see what Giandel is going to say and maybe update and hopefully add few stars but now is just ONE - so it happens, excellence!!! Giandel send me new inverter after I have sent some photos of problem, you know since it was used so sparingly electronic were not "broken in yet", that is quite normal hidden issues coming out after QC so once again excellent service and product even it is made in China, but these days what in not? - maybe Trump will fix it through

Works fantastic
I ran the right at 1960 watts for about an hour testing my DIY power box and worked great. The screw terminal was great for hard wiring outlet.
