Chilis are great everything from chile to stew and even scrambled eggs. The shaker does clog now and then but better than a ziploc baggie.

Turkish Urfa Pepper Flakes became mildewed (first time this has EVER happened with a spice) and had to throw them away after one use. Terrible.

unique and flavorful
These Turkish pepper flakes are very nice.I found the flavor to be very unique but peppery and smoky and offers a nice kick.I used just a little at first in a soup I was making, then added a bit more.

Perfect for chili
I added some of these pepper flakes to my chili and really enjoyed the extra kick in flavor. The flavor is smoky and mildly spicy. The bottle is 1.75 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall. There is a lot of pepper flakes in the bottle. I received the pepper flakes on June 17, 2024, with a best by date of December, 2026. A fresh product with a longer shelf life is always a great buy! Twist-off dispenser cap is safety wrapped with plastic.
