Hot beverages anytime
Sleek, easy to use and allows me to enjoy hot tea anytime, anywhere.I purchased this specifically for when I stay in hotels. I don't trust those in-room coffee machines and I prefer my own brand of tea. This doesn't take up much space so it was easy to pack in my suitcase.I believe you can heat other liquids in this but since you have to be careful when cleaning the exterior where the plug connects, I use it to heat water only. If I want to transport hot liquids, I use RTIC cups.

Works well for travel and emergencies (probably)
Got this doodad for travel and in case the power goes out in my area like it sometimes does. Works well with my jackery explorer 300 and runs at around 230-235 watts and drew about 18% of the battery.I also like how the inside of the device, ie the part that comes into contact with the water, is all steel. I could easily see this being used to sterilize some water or make a simple instant ramen meal for travel or emergencies. The only red flag is that some small discoloration occurred after the first time i used it. My guess is that the first time i used it was with plain tap water to clean the inside so maybe that was some of the minerals in the water burning up? I plan to use filtered going forward so this dosnt seem like an issue to me.

Great product for traveling in a Semi truck and other places
I went on an epic trip with my truck driver daughter to the Artic Circle in her truck to make a delivery. I used this to heat water to make oatmeal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It worked great in the truck. And another trucker we were conveying with appreciated being able to make coffee in the middle of no where. He is considering getting one also now. I will use in our RV in the future. Great product. May get one for my sister for her camping set up.

Useful but kind of dangerous
I like hot water when I travel. This provided my hot water. It was fairly quick to make. The down fall is that sometimes when I opened it the boiling water stayed everywhere. I didn’t fill it over the designated area. I turned the unit off before I opened it up.

Great for parents of infants
We use this for making formula bottles for our little one when we are traveling. It's perfect! Compact, quick, and light weight. Doesn't hold the heat as well as a regular thermos BUT it's so fast as long as you have an outlet it doesn't really matter.

It's good but it does have some quirks
It boils water although it takes a bit longer than 5 mins. The body when it's boiling does get very warm but not so much that it would hurt your hand.It will rise in temperature and you can hear it boiling the water then it will stop and you can see the temperature dropping but then it begins to boil again, it will do this a few times until it reaches 212 degrees F°It's a little concerning that there's condensation in the temperature screen as I have just used it to boil water for the first time so I will ask for a replacement and will update if it happens with the new one

Great for traveling
I just love this. It doesn’t take up much room. I’ve used it on all my trips to Vegas. A lot of the hotels don’t have coffee makers anymore, and it works perfectly and fast- one of my best travel buddies.

I wish it can last longer, dead after a few weeks of use
I initially had high hopes for the Stariver Travel Electric Kettle, drawn to its compact design and the convenience of having a travel-friendly electric kettle. Unfortunately, my experience with this product took a nosedive after just a few weeks of use.The 350ML vacuum-insulated stainless steel water bottle was perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle. Its compact size and sleek design made it easy to carry in my bag, and the promise of an electric kettle feature added a level of convenience that I found appealing. However, the honeymoon period with this product was short-lived. After only a few weeks of use, the kettle stopped working altogether. This was a major disappointment, especially considering the relatively short duration of use before encountering such a significant issue. The sudden malfunction not only disrupted my daily routine but also raised concerns about the overall build quality and durability of the product. A travel kettle should be designed to withstand the rigors of frequent use, and the fact that it failed so quickly raises questions about its longevity and reliability. While the vacuum insulation initially worked well in keeping liquids hot, the failure of the electric kettle function overshadowed this positive aspect. Attempts to troubleshoot and fix the issue were unsuccessful, leaving me with a non-functional appliance. In conclusion, while the Stariver Travel Electric Kettle initially showed promise with its design and features, the abrupt failure after just a few weeks of use is a significant drawback. It falls short in terms of durability, making it difficult to recommend to others. If considering this product, it might be worth exploring alternative options with a more reliable track record for long-term use.
