It aint FLAT - it's high in the cventer - eggs slide to the outer edge!
Shouldn't a FLAT Pan be flat , put an egg on it and it will roll to the edge of the pan - brand new out of the box!

We love this pan! We've made crepes and omelettes and they came out beautifully. Very easy to clean as well.

Does the perfect job in cooking my rotlis - my mom wanted a nonstick one to which we searched and experimented with a few but none were able to cook it properly or it would also leave marks on the pan itself for the heat was too high for it. This one does miracles - it cooks it, makes it bigger, and doesn't get scarred of any heat
