Great item, terrible packaging
This tumbler is a very nice size and is super sturdy. It is a quality item. I ordered 2 for Christmas gifts. However, the first round got "lost on the truck" and never arrived. So I had to cancel it, get a refund and then re-order. The 2nd round arrived in a bag and both straws were broken. I called to complain and they sent me 2 replacements. I suggested they be shipped in a box. They arrived in another bag and one of the straws was broken again. I was told I have to return it again for a refund and then re-order. Ridiculous. Great product, poor packaging and shipping.
