This stuff is very interesting. The consistency is similar to sugar powder; very fine and slightly clumpy.It has a hard time dissolving in water. You must use BOILING water to get it to dissolve quickly. The saving grace, is that it dissolves in cold half & half almost instantly! This stuff is fat-soluble!It tastes better than most sweeteners, but not as clean as pure monkfruit extract. It does have a slight cooling effect that sugar alcohols are known for, but nowhere near as strong.I think it’s great to have as a backup for monkfruit, in case that isn’t dissolving, but it’s not going the replace it, especially at this price point.

Product certainly taste good. But it’s being advertised as though it is a Stevia leaf derived product. It is not, This product is fermented from sugarcane not the Stevia Plants. It’s supposedly creates the same chemical molecule REB M, But until the product arrives know where is that specified. But it really just means is that the extraction process is different to get the REB M. seller is either unaware or needs to be more clear.
