I was delighed to discover this is a well made and nicely engineered product. It was somewhat larger than I expected. All the features of this SunSare device were as described. Of course, it was packaged well, shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.We have indoor pets and drought-induced dust, so I expected to challenge this little vacuum.I was surprised that the suction at the lowest setting was effective for cleaning both wood planking and area carpets using the extension tube and roller brush. I could tell the cleaning was effective thanks to the light built into the floor attachment which revealed an embarrasing quantity of detritus. Again, I was pleased the area rugs were effectively cleaned without sucking the carpet into the nozzle like my standard vacuum. The stubby nozzle built into the vacuum without attachments appears cumbersome, but using the retractable brush to clean up the car after grandchildren was easy and effective at low and medium speed settings. Cleaning is so easy and effective with this vacuum that I got carried away, forgetting it is a small cordless vacuum and nearly overfilled the dust canister.Emptying the canister is easiest if it detached from the vacuum, a task easliy done thanks to the nicely engineered design. Popping open the cover at the bottom of the canister works well,, but a large mass of hair requires some digging or disassembly of the canister. A small brush is included which helps to clean the canister parts. I discovered the canister contains a mysterious device that removes fine dust (much like my Dyson) which is effectively emptied by rapping the canister on my palm before opening the cover. SunSare advises that the filter and canister is washable provided it is thoroughly dry before use. I didn't test that.The motor driven roller brush in the floor attachment is easily removable for cleaning. I inadvertently picked up a toothpick, which jamed the roller and made a humming sound. After removing the toothpick the roller worked fine without permanent damage.The floor attachment articulates easily so that it can be pushed under furniture permitting enough clearance.It is tempting to use the high speed suction setting because that is what is expected: lots of suction and maximum noise. But I found that low and medium settings were effective for cleaning and (remembering that it is a battery operated device) much kinder to battery consupmtion.If i were to change anything, it would be the User Interface. Everything works well but it is slightly cumbersome. Speed changes are sequential: each press of the speed button advances to the next speed and reverts to low speed as the sequence repeats. The trigger switch in the handle turns the unit on and off. If using low speed, pressing the trigger caused the unit to run at high speed for a couple seconds befor turning off, presumably to remove anything clogging the intake. The unit defaults to medium speed when turned on.The unit ships with a charging station that holds one battery and two accessories (crevass tool and extension tube), and extra filter for the canister and a cleaning tool. The charger can be plugged directly into the battery pack or into the charging station. I purchased an extra battery which is handy since I forget it is a battery operated device.I did not time the battery duration in use, but it looks like the battery will be exhaused in 25-30 minutes of so using the floor tool at medium speed: more than enought time to clean the floors in our 1300 sq ft. house. Max speed appears to eat up the battery in maybe 10-15 minutes.This vacuum is an excellent value due to its effective cleaning, ease of use and well engineered and executed construction. Get one for yourself!

We purchased this vacuum in December 2024 and 6 months later we are so so happy with it! This is far better than the shark cordless vacuum we had. We have mostly carpet in our home but it does great on our hardwood and stairs! The LED light on the front is a game changer. I can see way more dog hair and helps me see how clean it is after hitting each area. We have two long haired collies and this does amazing with dog hair! Every vacuum we’ve ever owned gets tangled with their hair in the brush roll and in the 6 months we’ve been using this I’ve only had to untangle hair twice! It’s sooo incredible! The canister is so easy to empty and you can get all the dust and dirt out with ease. I love the high power mode for my rugs, but drains the battery fast. On the regular mode the battery easily lasts my whole house, and my whole basement. I love that it can stand on its own for a moment if I need it to, it’s not very stable of course but still works in a pinch instead of propping it against the wall. We recommend this products to all our friends and family!

UPDATE: I was able to make contact with the customer service team and they were incredibly helpful and attentive. They were able to rectify the issue with the vacuum cleaner. Thank you! They truly did not let me down.This was an amazing vacuum cleaner until barely 8 weeks in. One day we used it and it was dead. We charged it up to 100% and then tried to use it and it went dead in 3 minutes. We continued to charge it and same issue. I contacted Sunsare Customer Support and have yet to hear from them. I am hoping they can replace this item. Per the Amazon item description it states "Sunsare provides a 2-year free protection plan after sales service." In fact they are so convinced we will like this vacuum they say in the description on Amazon, "Please believe that we will not let you down!" I truly hope so. The further I looked at their "website" there are few links that really have information that matches the link description. Under warranty there is nothing. I feel I have been duped. Please be aware that if your vacuum stops working after the 30 days of free returns Amazon gives, this company, Sunsare, probably will not respond in a positive manner. I also tried to contact them via their live customer support on their website but no answer.

I've had the vacuum for about a week. It performed pretty much as advertised. I believe, based on the amount of "stuff" it picks up, that the suction is stronger than my previous cordless, even at the lowest speed. I've been very happy with it in use. I've only used the higher speeds sparingly, as they do drain the battery faster.When looking at these, it's pretty much a given that batteries will not last as long as advertised, but I decided to test it. I ran it at the lowest speed, just kept it running, no starting and stopping the vacuum. It would have run for about 32 minutes if I'd let it run down, but I stopped it at 20%, since I've read you shouldn't run Li-I batteries to full empty. It hit 20% at almost 26 minutes.It was easy to assemble out of the box. All parts were in there.It's pretty easy to empty the bin, though I haven't washed the filters yet.

I have about 4 name brand vacuums and this is by far the best! It's light and powerful. The battery lasts much more than the others and so much easier to charge. I saw it on an influencers page and ordered it immediately. Not disappointed at all!! I hope to prove all the bad reviews wrong. A lot of poor battery, poor suction and broken hose reviews were left but I have only tried it twice and like it a lot so far. The battery does run out quicker than I though at high speed but still gives me more cleaning time than my prior vacuums. Let's see, I will definitely come back for an update review after a few months of using.
