Arrived scratched and scuffed - but works well. *update new one was recieved*
Showed up scratched, scuffed which was upsetting. I couldn’t get the buttons to work, so I planned on returning the entire thing and getting a replacement. After using it for a week, I actually love it. As far as the buttons go, in order to “unlock” the temp controls, you have to HOLD DOWN (not just press) the + key and the set button together. I’m still annoyed that it came all scuffed up, makes me think it was used. I may still return it, as I don’t want to dying out on me because it is infact used. None the less, the thing works great.Update: new cooler wasn’t scratched up, seemed to even run a lot quieter than the first (used) one I was sent. Seems perfect. I’m happy! Changes my rating to 5 stars. It’s really a nice cooler, it’s sleek and modern. Also, get one of those white shelf racks from the dollar store and set it in the fridge part- gives you an extra level, makes storing food way easier!

Freaking awesome!
Absolutely LOVE this fridge. It works great. Plenty of room for drinks or food. Love the independent temperature controls. I use it for travel, and also extra beverages at family gatherings. My daughter borrowed it when her fridge broke down. The reason I took off a star is the control panel. It has several design flaws that they should improve in a future version.- It has an auto locking "feature" which presumably is intended to prevent accidental changes to the temperature. However, it's very difficult to unlock because the screen is completely flat. In a dark vehicle, you can't see what buttons to hold down to unlock it.- When it takes several seconds to get the screen to light up. This is frustrating because you're wondering if it's broken or if you're doing it wrong.- Getting it to change which zone you're adjusting the temperature on takes a bit of fiddling. Maybe I will get used to it eventually, but I find it unclear. I can easily get one zone to the blinking mode to change the temp, but "finding" the other one is a challenge. I keep pressing buttons and eventually I get there.Maybe I need a bit more intentional practice to figure it out, but still...the flat screen that goes dark is most inconvenient. You have to unlock it to see what's going on with the temperature inside, and it's basically just a flat blank panel with no tactile clues about what does what. If you have enough light, you can see the markings, but in a vehicle that is often not the case.I ended up adding colored dot stickers to mine for better visual cues and so I can feel where the buttons are. I still have to memorize which ones unlock it, because I'm still often just feeling for the stickers in the dark. I may need to also add some raised "bump" stickers such as the rubber bumpers you put on cabinet doors so they don't slam.Other than that, the fridge works like a champ and I am thrilled to have it.

Works well! Very pleased.
Bought for car trips and car camping. Nice unit! The very good: Gets cold quickly! This has been a very quiet unit, can barely tell it is running. Versatile door opens from either side of unit and having a power cord for an indoor wall outlet as well as a 12V power cord is awesome. Having the voltage shown on the panel is also useful. Has ECO and MAX mode along with a high, medium and low setting, as well as being able to switch to read as Fahrenheit or Celsius. I have a Jackery unit and this works well off the Jackery, typically drawing between 35W and 55W depending on setting and compressor state. Holds temp very well. Have gotten to almost freezer temp and left in hot car, returned 9 hours later and items were still extremely cold. Inside light is awesome for grabbing items at night in camp. The could be improved: Controls can be a little confusing and are not well outlined in the booklet that comes with it, but emailed support and was sent a few short videos. Alsp some trial and error is ongoing to find optimal temps for my items. Relatively quick response to questions. I do wish buttons lit up at least a little to make it easier in lower light to change settings.Overall though, VERY happy with this purchase!

Good buy for a good deal
So far so good. This thing gets cold!! And fast!! I have it on low and eco mode. Keeping things cool as a regular fridge. Low power consumption. Very quiet even when it kicks on. Controls are easy. Build quality seems good and sturdy. Comes with two cables to work on 12v or AC power. Wish it had USB ports for charging things but other than that I can't complain. Would definitely recommend!!

Great
This cooler was great! It didn’t work at all. It had clearly already been returned by another customer and re-sold. We had it for 3 days and never got to use it.This is my second review. The original one was taken down.

Must Sit For 24 Hours Before First Use!
The Seller really needs to say that the cooler needs to sit for 24 hours before use! Honestly, it’s just a cooler - no one expects to have to read the instructions. I didn’t expect anything other than to plug it in and it would work.I took it out of the box without reading the directions and plugged it in. The only thing it did then was freeze solid the contents of the cooler. Surprised and upset, I unplugged it. At some point later I found the instructions where it said it that the cooler has to sit for at least 24 hours before you can use it. I bet no one knows to do that unless they read the instructions. I thought I was duped into buying a freezer when all I wanted was a fridge. So, by chance, it was where I wanted it and unplugged for over 24 hours. Then, when I plugged it back in, it let me change the temp to 39° to keep my stuff cold - but not frozen. It’s a good cooler. It keeps the temp right where it’s set. It doesn’t weigh much. The lid opens from either side. It has a 12v power cord and a house plug cord. I got the 19oz. The freezer part in the cooler is tiny! It can’t even hold a water bottle on its side - maybe a couple of juice boxes. But if you need stuff in the “refrigerator” section frozen it can do that for sure.
