This is not just a classic hot sauce but it is probably the most useful one on the market because you should first use it as a seasoning sauce in just about everything including a seasoning while you are cooking any dish that needs a spark or a splash of "wake me up." You can use it as a finishing sauce in stew, eggs or even in say a bloody mary. Its not really "hot" it's more tangy.
