Perfect size for pendent or without. Not cheap looking

The product itself appears well-made with good quality materials. The chain looks great and would be perfect for my jewelry-making projects. However, I was disappointed to discover there was a jump ring connector in the middle of the chain on the spool. This effectively makes a significant portion of the chain unusable for continuous designs, which is quite frustrating when you're working on projects that require longer uninterrupted lengths.

This chain looks nice. The 3mm is a sturdy size and weight. The links are not soldered closed, but can be opened with pliers. The links are large enough for the end link to easily support 18 gauge findings, an 18 gauge jump ring can fit in the connected links, but it is tight and it impacts the draping / movement of the chain. 16 gauge or smaller findings allow the links to move freely. The core metal is noted as being 304 stainless steel (lead and nickel free) which is PVD plated with gold. I will update the review if the gold comes off easily.

This chain is magnetic. 304 stainless steel change should not be magnetic.
