They are also a good mastication-exercise, as breakfast cereals go, for jaws. I also like the taste. They are difficult to find, these days in food shops, but not on Amazon. Use it to join the cult. I have.

VERY expensive & SHORT dated product
Simple cereal's that I STUPIDLY paid more than double for that I could have purchased in Waitrose !!! 4 boxes with best b4 date of August 2022.....shocking rip off.....disappointed
