Salewa Men's Puez Mid Powertex Waterproof Trail Boot for Hiking & Trekking

I bought these boots less than three months ago, and unfortunately, the sole has already come loose on the sides. I had high expectations due to the price paid, but I feel deeply disappointed with the quality of the product. "The website mentions a two-year warranty on its products. What should I do?"

The media could not be loaded. I've had these boots for about 7 weeks. After 3-4 wears, the right boot was starting to separate from the sole as well as the tread peeling off. The left boot is starting to do the same. This boot is so far off from the quality I've come to expect from Salewa I feel defrauded. I don't recommend this purchase. They are extremely comfortable, have top tier fit and grip, and are, surprisingly, still waterproof, but, as you can see in the video, they're quickly coming apart.

I've only had these boots for a few months. The toe rubber is separating from the top of the boot, and some of the sole rubber is separating also. Fit great and look great but what good is that if you can't wear them???

Unreal for what used to be "good" shoes from a "good" company...Quality: 0 Materials: 4 Design: 10+Likely scenario: new company execs 'Susan Smith-Johnson' and 'Rajesh Kumar Ramen' decide a "great way" to maximize "Gross Profit" and therefore bonuses would be to manufacture shoes cheaper with Papua New Guinea child-labor, source parts from Shenzhen, and use Indians for quality control... the result is THESE shoes... AND a destroyed company (wearing these shoes is like driving a BMW manufactured in Kenya!).Company name = destroyed. Congrats.Never. Buying. Salewa. Again.
