Helps me sleep
No problems with it. I think some people just respond poorly to melatonin. I've never had a bad reaction to any melatonin and this one works the same as the others for me at a great price.

You'll sleep like a baby!
This Melatonin is a life saver whenever I'm having trouble sleeping. I've tried ones with less mg, but this amount works like a charm, I'm probably out within 30 min. I would try not to use everyday because your body could get dependent on it, but at least it's natural and has good ingredients.You get a good quantity for the price, will definitely buy again!
