I’ve only been taking these for two days and I can already fill a big time difference. I was sluggish every morning very fatigue for months just exhausted all the time and couldn’t get out of bed. once I took these I felt a big difference. I had energy the first day of taking them. I took two the first day but it’s only recommended one. The only reason why I took two is because I was advised my iron was really really low. And then the second day I took one. It gave me energy, and I started also taking it with the multivitamin. I was able to get out of bed. Cook Clean go to work and bake!!!! What a difference in 2 days. Today is day 3 I feel great!

These iron capsules helped me a lot my iron lab and energy went up fast , I was taking them everyday. But I took the Nordic. Vit C gummy’s to help with the absorption into my cells also. Customer

I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks. I chose to try this because it says it was gentle on stomach- that is not the case for me. Although, I do believe that has everything to do with me and nothing to do with the product. If you read the reviews you’ll see a ton of happy customers- and someComplaining about nausea. I do experience intense nausea when taking these but I truly think it’s dependent on how each persons body responds to iron supplements. It’s a goodOption due to the other vitamins as well.

Label on Amazon is a bit misleading reads women and men. Not personally tested long enough to judge efficacy. Looking to avoid some of the unpleasantness with taking iron supplements daily per doctor for iron deficiency anemia

I have trouble taking iron but this one is really easy on your stomach. Highly recommend.

Easy on your stomach!

Upsets my stomach way too much. I tried taking it every other day, then just 3 times a week. Would cause a lot of nausea even if I took it after eating. Had to stop taking it all together. Unable to return since it’s outside the return window now.
