Convenient hot and cold water
The media could not be loaded. I noticed that my previous hot water dispenser didn’t heat water as much as I’d like—it was fine on its own, but once mixed with cold ingredients like refrigerated coffee creamer, my morning coffee ended up lukewarm. That’s why I decided to try the Tokit AcuPure T1 Ultra system, which not only provides RO filtration but also dispenses both hot and cold water—perfect for both my morning coffee and the chilled water I drink throughout the day.Setting up the unit was straightforward. After unboxing, removing protective tape, cleaning the reservoir, and filling it with water, I plugged it in and let it run through the automatic flushing cycle, which took about 30 minutes. A handy feature is the progress indicator on the screen, which lets you know when the process is complete (at 100%). The hot water is ready immediately thanks to instant heating, while the cold water takes only about 5 minutes to reach its optimal temperature. The hot water dispenses at 210°F, which is boiling, making it ideal for coffee, tea, or any hot beverage. Now, when I add creamer to my coffee, it stays hot instead of turning lukewarm. The cold water comes out at 40°F, just as chilled as refrigerated water—super convenient for filling my large water bottle without needing ice. While it is on the pricier side, the combination of filtration, boiling-hot water, and chilled water makes it well worth the investment. It’s a major upgrade from my old hot water dispenser, packed with features, and looks sleek on my countertop—a great bonus for anyone who values both function and aesthetics in their kitchen appliances. Also, a small but useful trick I discovered is that you can press the spout on the “waste” side to easily dispose of wastewater, which is especially helpful when the main tank is full.

Great concept, great water, inconsistent reliability — but outstanding customer service.
**Original Review**I wanted to love the Tokit T1 Pro. The sleek design, the ease of use, and the promise of clean, reverse osmosis water right from the countertop—all of it was exactly what I was looking for. When it works, it really works. The water tastes fantastic, and the filtration process is smooth and efficient.Unfortunately, the unit I originally purchased developed a persistent "P1" error just a few months in. After trying all the recommended troubleshooting steps, I contacted customer service—and here’s where things took a turn for the better. The support team responded quickly, walked me through additional troubleshooting, and ultimately shipped me a replacement unit without hassle. That level of responsiveness was refreshing and genuinely appreciated. That said, I’m now encountering the same P1 error on the replacement. While I’ve been impressed by the team’s willingness to help, it’s hard to ignore the pattern. For a product at this price point, I expected greater long-term reliability. I’m hopeful the company will continue standing behind their product, but potential buyers should be aware that you may end up spending more time maintaining or replacing the unit than you’d like.Bottom line: 5-star customer service, 2-star hardware reliability. Averaging out to 3 stars—for now.** Updated Review **After eight months, my TOKIT T1 Pro began showing the persistent “P1” error. Support first walked me through every maintenance tip, then—when nothing worked—processed a full refund within 48 hours, no shipping or restocking headaches. What impressed me most:• Fast, human responses (never felt like a bot).• Clear troubleshooting steps that ruled out user error.• Zero pushback when a second unit failed—they simply owned the problem and made it right.• Courteous explanation of why local tax couldn’t be refunded (regulation, not stonewalling).I’m disappointed the purifier didn’t last, but I’m even more impressed by a company that stands behind its products. Based on this experience, I’ll gladly give TOKIT’s newer models a try.If you’re on the fence, know that you’re buying from a brand that values its customers long after checkout.

Useful and efficient!
The media could not be loaded. This machine is so useful! It filters the water, tells you where your filtration level is, so you know when you replace the filters, and it also gives you hot and cold water filtration. You have 8 preset functions which makes it easy to pick your temperature level. My favorite feature is the lock button, which locks the screen once you choose the hottest temperature level. This is like a child-proof feature you didn't know you needed. It also gives you size levels, between 4-8-16 and Max levels.Whether you need a little bit of water or a whole lot, for let's say cooking, you have that option.Another great feature is how large the tank is. It means you do not need to change the water tank that often. When dispensing cold water, the light turns blue. When dispensing hot water, it the light turns red.The screen also goes blank when not in use, which I believe helps save on electricity. The only gripe I have is that it can be a bit noisy when not in use.Update: I spoke with them and they told me to turn the cold function off and it would reduce the noise and it did!
