Fantabulous...I bought this for my tomato sauce business...It made my job very much easy...Affordable and great quality compared to influencers brand..I blend hot tomatoes...very useful

The media could not be loaded. The product looking good.Power buttons are working fine.

Stopped working within 3 months
With in 3 months from the purchased data, it stopped working. Customer service is also not great , I am asked to take the product to customer service center.Customer service : customer service is bad. This is not Home service this you need to contact the service center, which is for. The person who attended from the customer service center is not helpful. He is actually doing the work in an unwilling manner. They said this will be done in 2 to 3 days time but even after 10 days I need to follow up every day, but still the problem is not resolved. I will never ever purchase this brand in my life again.

Product doesn't work
This product was a 'Dead on Arrival'. When I plugged it in could hear the motor run but the blender blades were not running at all. Obviously the drive shaft doesn't engage or broken.Can't believe 'Amazon' sells this with their name on such a bad quality product

Not good blender
I bought the 1500 watts Taurus hand blender because I needed a more potent one for smooth smoothies. I'm from Spain living in India so I thought it will be good brand. But it's totally useless. For so expensive item, so many watts, it's doing worst job than my previous Bosh blender 450 watts. Really disappointed. Don't buy it. Don't pay so much, not worth it

Worst support and product
Stopped working after 15 days and support is really bad. No one responds and does not give any updates. I would recommend do not buy!

Horrible Customer Care
The step up speed knob of the machine was not working and I tried to resolve it by contacting Inalsa customer service.If you buy this product and are stuck due to any reason whatsoever, you will be further tormented by the utterly hopeless and pathetic customer service of Inalsa - Taurus and Inalsa are same.The customer care speaks in hindee - you are doomed if you are not comfortable with the language.Customer care habitually resorts to vagueness whether you communicate on phone or in writing and takes pathetically long time to resolve.
