Very happy with the affordable meter. I have been monitoring my ketones and this unit is just what I needed. Easy to use, accurate and high quality for a great value.

I was excited to try this breath ketone meter, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I never actually reached ketosis, but despite multiple tests, it always showed zero, even in situations where I expected some level of ketone presence.For reference, I also use Lumen, which measures CO₂ to assess metabolic state, and even when Lumen indicated that I was burning almost exclusively fat after a 12 to 14-hour fast, this device still registered no ketones. I understand that ketosis takes time and isn’t easy to achieve, but I found it odd that it consistently showed zero regardless of my fasting or dietary state.Additionally, I noticed a design issue—every time I exhaled into the device, the moisture from my breath would fog up the display screen, which made me question whether it was functioning properly.In the end, I decided to return it, as I wasn’t confident in its accuracy. It may work for others, but in my experience, it didn’t provide useful readings.

This is so inconsistent that I can’t believe it’s actually testing anything. More likely, displaying random numbers. After a fast I can be as low as 1.8 or somehow as high as 6.0?!?! I’ve often tested above 8.0??? Within seconds of testing I can get completely different numbers.
